Approachevidence · labels · no invented euro
You are not buying a chatbot workshop. You are buying a lab result: a measurement stack run on your files, plus a human who will not let a number become a claim without a class.
Most of what you pay is spent on your files and your report — not a sales call. The rest is the gate: export instruction, review, send-back.
You pick depth of evidence, not a tool list.
excl. VAT · €180.29 incl. 21% VAT
Website URL + one owner export (mailbox or quotes)
Your file, labelled, ranked where hours were measured.
Measured hours only
excl. VAT · €350.90 incl. 21% VAT
URL + both exports (mailbox and quotes)
Both files mapped to one ranking. Still no invented euro.
Measured hours from two work files
excl. VAT · €592.90 incl. 21% VAT
Same as Both-lanes + a short decision call
The same ranking, plus a written GO / PARK / NO you can show a partner.
Same numbers + GO / PARK / NO per item
Report typically within 5 working days of a complete export.
One host, and mailbox or quotes as a file. No live login. You write down the time window. About 20–40 minutes of your time.
The Hours Engine labels every number. The crawl looks at your site only — it never prints hours or euro.
Typically within 5 working days of a complete export. Ranking only where hours were measured. GO / PARK / NO on Decision.
Hours per week × €40/h, unless you declare another rate in writing. We do not write “pays back in weeks” — that needs a build price, which this scan does not set.
| Label on the page | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Measured hours | Time you actually worked, if the file contains duration or start–end. |
| Waiting time | Calendar delay between emails — not multiplied by €40. |
| You stated | A number you declared (rate, deal value) — dated, not “measured in session”. |
| Website hypothesis | Friction on the public site — no hours, no euro. |
| Not enough data | We will not invent a ranking. |
Without an owner export, we still crawl your site, but we do not print euro rankings. That is an honest result, not a failed scan.
The same tools on every SKU. A higher SKU means more of your data in the report, not a new logo.
Looks at: Your website only (one host)
Never: Cloud crawl, LLM extract, other companies’ sites
Looks at: Owner-only mailbox / quotes file(s); optional labelled calendar
Never: Live mailbox OAuth, employee mail
Looks at: Labels + ranking of measured hours only
Never: Hours from the crawl, euro from waiting time, payback without a build price
Fixed net prices. A report you own either way. Compare it with what you actually choose between:
A lead magnet: quick enough to sell you a retainer, no depth, no report you own. Your time, their pipeline.
A discovery that can stretch, with invoices that follow. Built for enterprise budgets, not a 3-person business.
Small-business owners spend about 11 hours a week on admin — roughly 2× the time they spend selling (Amex SME Barometer, 2025). The scan measures your files; it does not invent that euro.
The fee you pay is credited toward your first build if we start within 30 days. If nothing is worth automating, the report says so — and it will be right. That is a successful scan. You keep the document.
Admin quietly eats the week of a small-business owner. The scan measures where, for you specifically, from your files. The context below is sourced industry research — not a QuietForge result:
Hours per week × €40/h, unless you declare another rate in writing. We do not write “pays back in weeks” — that needs a build price, which this scan does not set.
The scan decides whether to build. GO on a scan line is not start of build. If yes, the path is short and gated:
A free call cannot print hours. You pay for the stack on your files and the gate that keeps a number from becoming a claim without a class. If nothing is worth automating, you keep the report. That is a successful scan.
A written report. Every number carries a label: Measured hours, Waiting time, You stated, Website hypothesis, or Not enough data. Ranking only of measured hours.
Report typically within 5 working days of a complete export.
No. GO on a scan line is not start of build. The fee is credited toward the first build for 30 days if you choose to go ahead.
The fee you pay is credited toward your first build if we start within 30 days. If there is nothing worth automating, you keep the report and stop there.
Without an owner export, we still crawl your site, but we do not print euro rankings. That is an honest result, not a failed scan.
Hours per week × €40/h, unless you declare another rate in writing. Waiting time is not multiplied. The public counter stays at zero until a client verifies.
Owner-only files. No staff inboxes. No live mailbox login. Raw files stay out of git and are deleted after you accept the report or abandon the scan. See Security.
from €149 excl. VAT. You send a file. We measure. The report is yours either way.
